a seasoned massage therapist with a decade of expertise, dedicated to the art of perinatal bodywork.
Inspired by her own transformative journey through birth and postpartum, her Mama Root, she brings a unique blend of empathy, intuition, and skill to her practice. With a passion for supporting mothers-to-be and new mothers, she creates nurturing and healing experiences tailored to each client's needs, fostering relaxation, rejuvenation, and a deep connection to the body's innate wisdom. Through her compassionate touch and holistic approach, she empowers women to embrace their bodies' journey through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.
